put some effort in getting comfortable with an IDE, such as eclipse or intelIJ, as none of them are better. they're both very good and take some getting used to, but it's pretty much personal preference in the beginning. here's a great book if you prefer reading instead of watching youtube vids(as personally do, as it's easier to skip things I already knew) but again, personal preference http://maniali.wikispaces.com/file/view/0470371730.pdf

to a certain level, I agree with the age limit, I just think it should be lower, someone that is extremely smart could have been gaining experience with politics and becoming wiser. however, you have to take the listeners into account to, how do you think people wil respond to a 22 year old(for example), being half their age but president? I doubt that'd be welcomed :P

because it's fun to do, even tho 90% of the community is shit, you don't find that in any other game :P
