Accounts can ALWAYS be recovered by the original owner. Even if you have more information than they do. (for example when you have extra membership details and such.) Nice PSA: You're never 100% safe when buying accounts.

If you still want the account to play legit on it might be worth keeping, especially if you don't plan on selling it. If you want to sell it or bot on it again I'd say nah. Then again is mostly down to personal preferences, how much are you willing to risk?

That's super dependant on what you want to do :P In the beginning, play what you like, what feels good to you and something you can win with. Eventually, you'll be forced to learn meta anyways. Just have fun
