Make sure you save the file (in second screenshot) and then set it to open with Java (open with -> java should be a option, if it isn't there's plenty of tutorials on our forums and online on how to do it otherwise) -

Honestly all of the above answers are correct; most of these servicers offer several types of capes; -Yolo it, which wil practically always get it removed -VPN it, which still has a decent chance of it being removed -Remote desktop it, which has the lowest but still an existing chance of it being removed. Choose someone you trust, and be aware of the risks involved!

From what I can tell @D Bolter has shown the proxies working correctly, is a configuration error a possibility? As far as I can see, @D Bolter has attempted to restore the proxies to working order on multiple occasions and been fairly reasonable towards you. Are you able to get these proxies up within a reasonable timeframe or no D Bolter? Work out some form of refund with the customer, such as an extension of the proxies for the period in which they were down or a monetary refund, unless you can show that the issue lies with the customer and not your proxies.
You're able to run the client minimized just fine, even without VIP! IIRC you'll also get this message when opening the client on another machine, could that be your issue?
