The first rant you had was directed towards me, now you are making a rant directed toward another scripter. I was kind enough to not lock your thread against me and Maldesto was nice enough to explain to you the rules. For the most part, repository scripts are checked by me before getting an update on the SDN. 5uck was able to bypass this because he was one of the few scripters who had "automatic push privledges", which allowed him to bypass my checking process. I'm closing this topic because all it will do is perpetuate further speculation.

My personal opinion/arguments: 1. You bought it with OSRSGP, how can you prove what you even bought it for? 2. Since you paid it directly to 5uck and OSBot didn't get a cut, why should they refund? 3. It would be a nightmare to try and sift through all these "under-the-table" type transactions, a true time waster 4. The product was not sold in the official store and is essentially unable to be tracked (at least efficiently). Facts: They did mention however that the refund would be AUTOMATIC, meaning that the refund WILL be processed (most likely) in accordance with the store sales. Case-by-case sales such as this is complete speculation without official word from the developers. I'll bring this up with Maldesto. @Everyone - Do not speculate or perpetuate unknown facts.

I've been doing this on multiple botting clients since the release of the Old School. I'm a scripter first, Script Manager second. Also, you can still use the script, however some advanced features require a nominal donation. I've asked Kati and the previous admins in the past and they have had no problem with this.

You're getting banned because you are running a farm. I don't think I need to explain the logic behind how easy it is to detect a bot farm.

Time for some cleaning! Post below scripts that are outdated/not working on the SDN. I want to ensure that new customers (and returning) on OSBot feel safe by ensuring that their purchases are well spent. -Alek

#1 is much more custom and less templatey. It's a nice design which fits the intended purpose.

My authentication system is something I created from scratch using PHP/MySQL/Java. I used this same auth system previously on other botting clients and it worked well. The price for my scripts is generally $4/lifetime per account, which I feel is fairly priced. It's also a little bit easier to purchase an auth for a friend and sending him/her that auth. Support for clients regarding refunds, account activation problems, etc. is overwhelming easier to manage because I host everything.

Maldesto is correct. Either: 1. The script never had a discount 2. Discounts only apply to primary groups 3. Maybe we cannot include seconday groups I will also not be adding discounts to primary groups of anything other than Sponsor/VIP. I don't think Moderators, Admins, Script Writers, Chatbox Mods, or Script Managers (me) should get discounts. This will be looked into today. Thanks for the heads up.

@otroll - 5uck has more power over me when it comes to promotions, however he values the input of both myself and Maldesto. When we look at who becomes and Official Script Developer, we review the totality of all the person's accomplishments. @kief - I've contacted script developers of "older scripts" and made lots of effort to catch them up to speed. Hey guys, figured I would make this topic to shed some light on the drastic changes happening recently here in the community. First I would like to say that is has been an honor to be given this amount of trust and reliance to execute such an important role here in the community. What is my role? It's a question many have been asking. Simply put, I'm here to facilitate all activities relating to scripting. This includes (but is not limited to): 1. Adding new SDN scripts 2. Reviewing/Removing broken SDN scripts 3. Updating current SDN scripts 4. Review scripts for malicious code 5. Work with scripters to achieve common goals (Scripter's Union) 6. Manage changes to scripts (pricing, payouts, etc.) 7. Recruit script testers and review scripts before they enter the SDN Believe it or not, it's time consuming work. What has been especially time consuming is the MASSIVE two-month backlog of work that I had to complete. @Hashplant - I'm going through scripts up to two months ago. They deserve at least the chance to recover from such a tragic setback. Your script(s) will be reviewed and added in due time. Please be patient.

Gladiator, I'm not getting paid either. And this is the last time I'm going to tell you that I'm not a Moderator/Administrator. I work for the scripters, developers, and Maldesto. I do not work for VIPs, Sponsors, GFX artists, Moderators, Verified Transactors, etc., although sometimes I may lend out my helping hand.

@nenkido : 1. You want the SDN update logs? They've been getting update 1-2 times/day since the 16th. 2. That's because the admin before me sat on the upload requests for 2 months and I just got access yesterday.

@Raflesia - I feel bad about whatever happened in regards to Smart and people leaving because of me, however my job needs to get done and I will meet and exceed my job. Thanks for your unbiased review and all the points you brought up were valid.
