Hey, I might have asked this question before but a 2 day ban on one of my accounts is about to expire (after a year) does this mean I could get a 2 day ban again (or 1 month or whatever)? Don't actually care about the account, but it is just over 10 years old now. Thnx

I've been banned on quite a lot of accounts, nothing new, but I've just now noticed that on every account I've been banned on I was logged in (and got Connection lost/account disabled message). Do you only get banned when you're logged in? Because I haven't yet experienced being banned whilst not botting/logged out. Anyone experienced this? Thnx!

Not true at all. You can be banned for just playing on the client, although of course it's less likely.

Ok so in March 2014 I got a 2 day ban on my main account and needless to say stopped botting. For some reason a year on I'm still playing this game and my question is will the 2 day ban expire and no longer count as an active ban? (Ive had bans on other accounts that have expired after a year but this was between 2012-2013). If it does expire, does this mean I can bot again and the next ban will be a 2 day/1 month ban again or have things changed? The account is about 10 years old so I'm not sure if Jagex would ban it straight away, but they seem to be more ruthless these days. Thnx in advance!

I was just wondering, is it impossible to get banned if you bot at certain places? For example curse at fight caves or alching in your house, where nobody can get in and hence nobody can report you. Also, does changing your IP fairly frequently reduce the chance of you being banned? (or even increase it?) Thnx!

Does it matter what gear you have aswell? So the better your range bonus the better chance of hitting bullseye etc
