Check the accurate prices for death runes and this page for blood runes. I'm pretty sure you can make a 15-30gp profit per, especially if you use ATMerch script

Quests are good to get the low levels up, because regardless of the training method used, you usually get crappy XP rates at low levels!
Hint: do Waterfall quest at level 3 (might be hard, but not impossible!) to go from 1-32 att/str instantly!
