Bot on proxy, appeal on creation ip works once or twice on an account. If thats not the case you usually wont be unbanned unless significant time has passed.

I have had accounts unbanned that were botted on different ip's, also got 3 accounts unbanned recently with over 4 years of being banned because "people change".
