Depends on what you stream and at what quality. You could prolly stream RuneScape since the resolution is small, League of Legends etc. would not be very high quality/playable.

If I would want to train defence; I would go for Guthan's in normal mode. For attack: Whip + Rune defender/Godbook with max pray bonus gear and Pray pots For str: Same as above with D Scimi or SS depending on how wealthy you are.

There is no bad options, just try different champions and pick your favorite. My current favorite champ is Evelynn as a jungler if that matters
