This is really not the case.... The main amount of people who have been banned are people who have been using popular and runescape bot orientated VPS's that are flagged, and also people who have got flagged computer i.p's from previous bans. There are still good vps's out there very good non flagged more professional VPS service providers! near nuff 100% so more like 90% of proper player bans are done via moderator bans bot busting, 100% of other bons isn't there detecting crap it is down to Flagged ip's and VPS's.
