It is dynamic, which means you make it do what you want. You could interact with any item in your inventory and perform any action. You could interact with any npc on RuneScape and perform any action. You could interact with any object on RuneScape and perform any action. Legit your possibilities are endless.

Just depends what ya wanna do! You can interact with NPC, RS2Object, GroundItem... so you just gotta know which one you want!
