Vilius's service don't use hotmail email addresses. @tranzystor3 Are you the OO of this account? Also, the thread in which the account was purchased, and said Vilius was the OO, was actually edited at a later time. The original thread did NOT say he was the OO.

You tagged me in it and then literally a few moments later, you opened a Dispute. And that isn't how a dispute works. Disputes are solved in the DISPUTE section, not in PM's. Here is some real evidence for you... both made literally an hour ago:

He said around 20hours at first, but then within the same message said that he did not want to give a time. YOU said 20 hours sounded good. As far as the time fame goes, was it 4 hours or was it 58 minutes. You both are giving me different time frames.

I need proof that someone was on the account prior please. A statement from @Sysm would be good enough, or a conversation between the two. If in fact this was the case, then I would be more than happy to remove the feedback.

Ok, myself, as well as other staff members, are having a hard time understanding what exactly took place. "I had planned on buying this account from @Carti after contacting him multiple times on skype." "I had bought this account from @coolkidson" So who's account was it to begin with. Give me a list like this: user1 sold it to -> user2 sold it to -> etc... -> I bought it from userX

The user is placed in TWC already, and has been asked to comment here. As far as being refunded, I need proof of bank prior to any items being taken off.
