Most quality sellers would, otherwise you can always use either a MM or pay a little extra fee for the effort. Honestly I only use the stake thing when it's trades over 500M+ Below that I just trade w/ junk.

RWT detection will only find place on RS3, as they have a system for that. But as a good procedure, always use junk or use the duel arena (stake) to transfer large sums of gold. I've had one RWT ban, but that was last summer on RS3. I've traded more than 60B since, and no ban.
