  12. Hello everyone, and thanks for stepping by! I've decided to make a guide on how to keep your security at the very top all the time. I got inspired to make this, as I've been seeing more and more people getting hacked, keylogged and scammed (possibly due to lack of good security). I hope if you care about your security, you'll take the time tor read my guide, and hopefully you've learned something by the end of this. I've always tried to follow the best examples of good security, which has also lead to the fact that I've never been compromised. *I'm in no way affiliated with Lastpass, or any other company I recommend throughout this tutorial. 21. Ensure you only have the latest version of Java install (Update 65) It won't automaticly remove the older ones, when you install, Make sure you also have Java 64-Bit if you have a 64-bit OS.
  22. Sounds more like he was refering to your LAN IP's, which is something totally different from your WAN IP. The WAN is the one that anyone else from the web can see, for example when you access a site. Your LAN is just a local IP, usually something in the range of 192.168.1.x
  23. Maybe you should try googling or looking around the forum first then. Theres plenty of tutorials. A VPS is a virtual private server, where a VPN is a virtual private network. It's basically a tunnel that masks your IP because it send your internet traffic thu a different server before reaching it's destination, making it look like the traffic came from another place.
