This seems to be a universal error experienced by alot of scripts. We're having a discussion in the script development section and trying to determine where this error lies. Soo... I paid $30 for 240m of ABS plastic. Considering both the totoros took ~ 5-7m of that, it works out not too expensive. There's a 3D printer, the RepRap, with which the idea was that it could replicate itself. however there's only so much that it can do - for example it can't replicate it's pcb, the steppers or lead screw z axis etc etc. #worth

Coolest thing? No idea, there's just so much you can print. You can do pretty much anything. So I posted a thread a couple of weeks ago stating what i've been doing with my 3d printer. Over those 2 weeks i've spend perhaps 1 week's solid printing, and so heres a more recent update on what i've printed. Firstly, this is my printer (DaVinci 1.0 - google it!). Oh woah, aparently I got unfollowed from the thread! Error drawing canvas seems to be a recurring issue for all scripts, and I believe it is a client issue. I'll try and get to alek asap as this seems like an issue which lots are experiencing. I believe this bug came into appearance since the last update as alot of people are experiencing this with their scripts. I'm going to do some research into this and ultimately consult alek to see if he can get it fixed should it be a client issue. Yes, there's a file formal (.STL) which you can export as from pretty much any 3d modelling program (autodesk 123d, solidworks, blendr etc) so you can basically print any 3d model you like (within reason lel) a new pair of shoes is to come x) £450

It's printed in ABS plastic. You can print in many colours, but only one at one time. Depends what colour plastic you feed it. Oh yea and you can ofcourse paint it afters 1: can't find files for it 2: guns illegal in uk 3: I'd rather print a new car
