That's usually a delayed bann from previous botting sessions. or maybe a chainbann because another account on the same IP got caught botting?

In fact a lot of legit player close the bank and left click the pouch, bcs right lcicking and searching for an option can result in misslcicks and banking the coal bag. But I will take a look at it and see if I can add a option to support both ^^

Show some screenshots, have you tried to reinstall osbot? delete folder here: C:\Users\NAME\OSBot and restart it after that ^^
