Works fine for me, tested on a few accounts on 3 machines so I have no idea. Try restarting your client or something and let me know it this keeps happening Or check your Controls settings in game, do you have hotkeys set?

Yes that's correct, if you have humanlike idle on it won't spammclick them, else it will do that
