  2. How could your laptop have crashed while you were still responding to each other within the same minute? You said "trading you" at 6:29 and then proceeded to send multiple messages within that same minute. I also see no context within the conversation that at any point your laptop crashed, which is usually brought up within a skype conversation while in the trade screen?

Then you proceed in http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=5cyde8&s=8#.UziqLfldUdg to log into paypal to get ready to send the money. You even confirm it was $6 that was supposed to be sent. In http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=vdk8lx&s=8#.UziqYPldUdg you say it's your second time sending money, proving that you did receive payment. You wouldn't have said that if you hadn't gotten the GP first. It appears obvious now that the trade did occur. I will let others review the evidence and see where we go from there.   12. People who own services get swamped with orders all the time. You can only expect that it won't be him handling the service, but someone else who he deems qualified in order to complete it. No scam took place so this isn't really a dispute that can be handled, sorry. Closed.

This can also be left if the buyer and/or seller is extremely rude or demanding, these will be handled in a case by case scenario by the Staff Team. Negatives feedbacks aren't just specifically for scamming. It can also apply to a service that was uncompleted or the person didn't get what they asked for. In this case, his fire cape.

  18. Can you both explain to me how the account was locked in the first place? Was it due to the amount of e-mail change requests?
  19. When @RoomScape asked you if you were the original owner and had everything, you said yes. Everything from then on is irrelevant. It doesn't matter if you now fess up and explain that you purchased the account. If you had stated you weren't the original owner this transaction may have not even occurred. Since you've failed to unlock the account from him, your only other option is a refund via PayPal, or Runescape Gold, unless he allows you to pay him back in another shape or form. Thank you.
