Other way round, not every customer would be able to buy 1B gear so caper would have to provide the gear himself and it's pure risk for service provider to do that as people would recover accounts in the middle of proces It's quite disrespectful to say "even the best of people would be motivated to scam you" like there are no customers who actually trust us (the most trusted service providers) with 1B+, it happens atleast once per month atleast in my service which is for some reason #1, but it's not the only trusted service.

Definitely not 300m. Fire Cape is cost of 50-100M, pray took 5-6hrs to get, just defence is actually the only effort I'd say ~150-170M
