I don't believe it's possible to pay for anything with a renewal without adding a credit card. The scripts you bought probably didn't have a renewal but VIP does. When the renewals go through they don't use your PayPal balance it will automatically dig into your bank account first then if not try sourcing the funds from your available balance.

All those scripts were OSBot 1 scripts. OSBot 2 has been released which is a new product and therefore requires you to re-purchase those scripts if they exist for the new platform. OSBot has the right to cease any of its products at any time without notice which is viewable in the TOS.

With the new script selector coming into play you need to make sure you are not trying to select a script you need to purchase.

You should contact the script writer of the script you have purchased. This is a script issue.

The invoice shows that its been paid. Refresh your scripts in your client and you should have it.

OSBot has undergone a transition from OSBot 1 to OSBot 2. This meant that the existing scripts were ceased and new ones were to be released thus requiring you to purchase them again. Unfortunately you cannot get your old scripts back as they are for an outdated product however there should be some of the same ones (if they were created) for OSBot 2 available for purchase.

Try putting in a sleep after you interact with the item. As you have it its just looping continuously reaching the end of the list.

You need to make sure you have the latest version of java installed first. If that doesn't work then you need to add OSBot to your Antivirus/Firewalls "Trusted Files" list. That should do the trick.

What am I reading ? I didn't give permission for the middleman to give out the 13.5m, all I did was ban DignityOnline for not responding within the time period... Like @Dex said we don't get paid for this and we have lives outside of OSBot.

The user has been banned for failing to respond. If he wishes to return he will need to refund you. Sorry for your loss.

We have received the evidence, the user has around another 2 hours to respond before further action is taken.

I have already asked you to post the evidence. Right now this is just a claim not one that is backed up by facts. We cannot take any further action till you post the relevant evidence proving your accusation. In the meantime we are waiting for DignityOnline to respond and if he does not in order for us to take action and ban him that evidence is required.

There are reported issues of connecting to the server for some users. This will be fixed shortly.

If you weren't using any proxies then you got hit with a chain ban. Any accounts which are registered or have been played with on the same IP as those that were banned will be banned alongside the account in question.

You will need to provide us with evidence in order for this to be solid. The reason we need evidence on the dispute is so that it can be referred back to at a later stage if needed. Post the screenshots which are relevant to the scam and any threads which you feel necessary. In the mean time I have alerted the user and he has 24-hours to respond.
