Liking the account idea, doubtful as to whether anyone would want to do it though, as easy as it may be. Heck, if there's a payment i guess it could be open to the public to create. A whole new set on non-troll emoticons would look great and add originality. A custom theme would be nice but as mentioned above, would take time and money etc.

Has he told you what he's gonna do with the script? I see no reason as to why he wants it, unless he wants to attempt to develop it or something.
