You can just put the class files into the script folder and it will still work. jar files are not required.

I have not heard others being hacked from these two scripts. Without looking through the code, I would not know if those are the reasons you were hacked. It could also be that you are infected with a malware. I suggest scanning your whole computer with an AV and Malwarebytes.
