Think of onStart as preprocessing. It basically calls the logic once instead of repeatedly calling it like onLoop. onExit is the same as onStart, but for when you exit the script. People mostly use it to leave a goodbye message.

I think the real question is, is it possible not to get banned... Anyways, it is always possible to get banned. It all depends on luck of running into people who report you and mods. A well written script only reduces your chances of getting banned.

On your bot client, there are 5 buttons on the top right: +, console, keyboard, options, log out aka username. Press the keyboard button. Once you do that, you can move your mouse and type on the keyboard. If you are running a script, make sure your mouse is off screen to prevent unnecessary movement.
