Is a mousepad even necessary nowadays? I have a rat9 and I use it on my slick wooden table and it works fine. What is the benefit of a mousepad ? Is it better for your mouse on long term? Better for the gliding pads on your mouse? Should I get one too?

How much does a dash " - " in a domain affect the SEO ? e.g www.your-domain.com // www.yourdomain.com and also the superdomain .net/.com Please only comment if you really know about it. I don't want anyone to comment his opinion if he does not actually knows what he is talking about. Thank you!
