I'll be updating this list regularly with many short term goals of skilling and small set adventures, for the long time goal of getting all of my non combat stats to 99! You're paying for the account to be made, have the tutorial island done and have powerleveling done on it instead of buying the accounts themselves. It's the same case as selling these accounts.
