I lift daily and i was having same problem sone tips r muscel confusion mixup ur lifts different angels heavy weight low reps for strength eat alot of protien if i got the money get supplements im on the celucore products (c4=preworkout p6 extreme= testosterone booster bcaa =post workout and a good protien cant remember brand ill edit with brand) and i got great gains in last month
