I don't see any conversation of you giving him the email and confirming the email change. D0nk3y you clearly stated that the email on the account was yours, so you will be able to refund the account for him or the USD. Unless you can provide proof that you did in fact give him the email and he changed it.

User has been banned clearly scammed, ignored the pm he was sent and went into chat trying to do "quests" again. I told him to respond here and he decided not to.

We don't take "hearsay" as proof. You need to post a profile picture of his skype so we can confirm it is him. None of my business, but why would someone with 140+ feedback + sponsor go first to a leecher?

Was banned by miss anne while she was a mod allowed back by me. He had done nothing but flame the forums and the staff. I banned him, he went directly over to the other community posted my dox and was using a real life picture of miss anne and was ip banned over there too.

Could you please post a picture of the quest not being complete. EDIT: I have confirmed the trade took place via chat logs. I read them he clearly said he accepted the trade and would start on the quest.

If i were you, i would go to each of the scripts topics and reviews. That would be a good indicator of who is more helpful when a problem arises etc.
