User is banned, clearly lied about sending the money, failed to send a picture, and then made another excuse without defending him saying "sent the money".

Lied and said you sent the money.. today you claim you are going through issues and never sent the picture. Now all the sudden you are leaving. I hope you payback I will unban you then.

Ip bans are handed out with scammers, we can't avoid the people that change their ip though, just use a trusted mm or be more cautious.
