Your assumption is that people just do it because it is moderated, that is because you are around the community daily and know. Most people don't even know they are moderated, you know how many threads i have to lock/hide due to users posting it 2-3 times because its not showing up for them. Your argument is basically "I know its moderated, and therefore everyone else show and not post sensitive information" You are experienced in this kind of thing, people new to the market aren't. I could see if threads were taking days to be approved, but its literally 8 hours MAX.
