You claimed you went and hired workers to complete the order, but when you did the service for the user they weren't on the list, and still aren't. This also shows he paid for 5, not 3, so I need some confirmation of this from nike that he actually did pay for 5. Which would make the refund amount 8.55 for 50% of the 3, and then the full price for the other 2 as they aren't banned, but the service is canceled due to the shady acts of the owner.
