o hai, i just stopped doing squats - my legs are burning (6-7 hours of cycling/week, with uphills on 100% power), also bench press is lil bit hard for me :P

I have big belly, that's why I'm 73kg@178cm, I just started to don't eat candies/coca cola/burgers etc, also a lot of cardio and will be ~65 in 2 months I hope
