I use my mother's Mac Air every so often. I actually prefer to use Mac OS as opposed to Windows OS since Mac OS is sleeker and has beautiful design.

Generally, yes, it would be under the buyer's fault but what if the seller is just trying to "pick people off"? The fault could be either party's despite traditionally we'd think otherwise. But having indisputable evidence as to who was on the account last when the offense occurred is always a plus. It's really hazy.

You're not that overweight if you thought you were. I'm 5'11" 170-173 (fluctuates). If you're looking to shape up a little, I'd suggest working out and doing cardio along with eating healthy and being consistent. The hardest thing I've found is to be consistent in what you do and when you do it. Become consistent and watch you achieve your goals in no time!

There's too much risk and not enough reward to allow account rentals. I'm all for free market, however strict rules would have to be put in place in order to offer it in any market. The administration would have to say that some things regarding account rentals simply can't be disputed. For example: Indisputables: Items on the account that weren't being used (or granted access via the owner of said account) cannot be disputed. Offenses obtained during the account rental other than a macroing/bot offense cannot be disputed. Cautions: ALWAYS take pictures of the last IP on the account (if you're the one with the lent account) Carefully read the ToS regarding that specific loaner Only lend to trusted users to limit risk Etc
