Not entirely no. Few guys I know IRL shacked up together about 2 years ago. Well 2 of the dudes where botting multiple accounts like 4+, and the third guy never botted and just played his main normally. One day every account on that IP was banned for goldfarming; including the main which hasn't been botted. I know the evidence is a bit anecdotal but can definitely happen.
