Please look at the startup instructions. It sound like you're not starting your player, the inventory and the butler as you should.

For anybody wondering; I've checked the source code, it looks clean to me . @Protoprize Just out of curiosity; any particular reason for using separate threads for watching and interacting with the hitpoints and inventory, as opposed to doing so in the main thread?
