Normal mode is working fine, i've tested it multiple times with the new version, if you start it up correctly.As for progressive mode; it's still in beta so you need to expect some problems to occur
As for the refund; he should first make sure he's starting it properly and/or provide me with a valid bug report template so I can look into his problem. Then, once the problem is still occuring after a few days, he should ask for a refund.
I'd always like to improve things when possible, but for that it'd need a valid bug report template so I can actually look into it and re-produce the problem.
