Dude the keys you have to get costs ~2€, and thats the way Gaben makes em cash. And if you open a case you will most likely get a trash item which isnt even worth the 2€ you spent on the key. However you can be lucky to get a rare item. Also the keys arent a part of blackmarket :p since they are being selling by Valve themselfs

Yep there are, but i recommend to use mirror client as they can be banned very quickly with injection.
