I'm personally using Imagine's Azure VPS. I can run about 3 hunter bots with the Large for.. $15 a month I believe. I just upgraded to the XL, I think I will be able to run around 6-7 depending on the script. Paying @26/month. Just as a reference point. I've found that RAM doesn't matter that much, but CPU is key

Normally I don't like to pull people out for something like this, but... All you need to get these questions answered are 1) A calculator 2) Basic runescape knowledge 3) Google How did you manage to get to 80 fishing without even knowing about fly fishing at barbarian village, catching salmon and trout, using feathers and a fly rod, that there must be a script for.

I would gladly pay $5 for more of these... That seems a bit low considering it's almost at puro puro

You could hire a scriptwriter to make one for you (I think) with your own idea. Else, look around the SND to see what works for you. Obviously something's have a higher supposed "ban rate", fishing, wcing, hunter, etc. But if you can get away with doing it, and make something off of it.. why not? You can bot to 60 in all of those in less than a day, assuming your IP isn't flagged, and you are careful about your botting. From there it is money. Combat bots seem pretty popular as well. try hidemyass, seems like a good way to change IP's. Atleast from what I've heard. Or just get a cheap vps so you dont have to keep your computer running.

If you want a real farm, you have to spend money to make money, my friend. Membership is cheap, and you can get cheap fresh accounts already made if you are lazy like me. If you can, unsaturated methods are the way to go.
