it was a perm ban but can i email tweet or do something else

i lost my account to a phishing scam like in march and the account was banned in April for macroing, whats the best way for me to submit a appeal or get it back or something. btw i recovered the account back like a day ago

even if they were banned for scamming, being able to go to there profile and have everything on there profile disabled except for the about, and in the about it to have a link to the thread where they were banned, for example @Levi, it would be hard to find the reason he was banned, but if i could see his profile and there be a link to the thread where he was banned that be a very good way to stop scammers, cause all the things should be disabled (message, friend ,feedback, ect)
