Hot fix incoming. For now the cause was due to concurrency on the menu that Laz had added. The download has been replaced with 1.6.9 until it's resolved.

Looking into this at the moment. Could you provide more details with what it does specifically?

Additions: Strange Plant has been further stabilized. Fixes for tiles world to screen. Removed the blank lines in debugging. Changed cursor. Fixed menu interactions for entities on entities. Sincerely, The OSBot Team

There were actually a lot of bans today. Practically every single bot got hit. Given the widespread effect (but not specific to any region), I suspect they've been collecting accounts for a while and just chose to ban the accounts today.

I understand your view. But I don't think it's a good idea to make an exception for one person without giving the same opportunity for others. If we do this, there will need to be some guidelines on it that allow other moderators to also enter the market.
  6. Several members of the community were the first ones to suggest banning moderators from the market (this was a while ago). There have been numerous instances of moderators scamming people by using their position of trust. I do see where several of the mods are coming from though. From what I've gathered from this thread, @Rare was already trusted on the market before he became moderator. It will take time to consider this matter. If you have an opinion on this matter and explain your reasons, feel free to post and let us know.

  8. Emails should be working now. Make sure it's not in your spam folder or something.
  9. We were setting this up yesterday. If it is an emergency, you can PM me and I'll provide what assistance I can. In the meantime, I'm going to finish setting up the rest of it.
  10. I experienced this earlier today and went to work on fixing it. I only got to test it once though, so no promises.
  11. Technically speaking, yes, using reflection/injection, your account information can be accessed. It's stored that way in the RS client by Jagex. As this is part of RS, there isn't much we can do about it. Having said that, OSBot does not send any sensitive information anywhere. Your account information is stored locally on your computer. Thus, you also play a role in your account security by ensuring that your computer is not compromised.
  12. The problem is that a lot of issues have risen from past moderators using their position of trust to scam users. Consequently, it became policy to block moderators from the market. I'm more involved in development, but I'm pretty sure Kati would consider it on a case by case basis.
  13. Yea, theres always some delay between posting the thread, uploading the bot, etc. Luckily it isn't a big issue .

I wouldn't worry too much about it. As for everyone else, yes, I know there is a way to run multiple bots without VIP. Yes, I know how to fix it. Yes, I turned a blind eye to it. If you guys want to leak the method everywhere, go for it, but be warned that it might just force a patch. It might also be helpful to know that the code for detecting it is already written. We have better things to focus on besides this, but if you make it a big issue by abusing it, it will get patched.
  15. Unfortunately, I can't view that link. I'd like to keep this discussion about the latest version. So if you're still affected by v1.5.1, please summarize the problem here. If it's long, I'd appreciate it if you posted a thread in the Support section and also posted here (or PM me), linking us to the thread. I don't have a lot of free time, so it's hard to track a lot of these issues.

I tested it last night and it seemed to work fine. I suppose there is the possibility of interface caching that makes it appear like the bank interface is still open, even though it is not. I'll look into this later today.

It's probably going to end up being dead. I personally prefer Mumble.

Yea there was an issue with object/npc definitions that forced us to release v1.4.3.
  19. I would guess a few days, after any life events have cleared up. All of us are pretty unwilling to release without at least having another dev glance over the changes.
  20. Due to recent personal events for one of our main developers, we will not be releasing the update for the SDN today. It is mostly programmed, but there are security issues that have been noted with its current design. We're going to have to consult each other further on this matter. Another dev is in the middle of exams, so the SDN cannot be finalized for release. Hopefully any glitches and issues will be ironned out in a few days, after life stops troubling us. Most of the randoms have been written and we'll see about their possible release. I do, however, want to fix the remaining bugs before any of these releases. So if it's not on the issue tracker, please bring it to my attention.
  21. I just deleted any pending invoices that were present. It should work for you guys now.
  22. Indeed we have. I've got information on motherboards, GPUs, but no information on RAM or CPU.
  23. As previously stated, I can't give you an estimate since I don't know your specs. I'm basing my judgment off the consumer CPUs that an mid-high end computer would have. We can't tell you to use our bot over another bot if the other bot works better for you. We're constantly improving and hopefully it'll become the best bot around. Assuming your resources aren't maxed out, you should be able to open more bots (or if you've maxed out the Java heap, then open another window).
  24. I don't know your computer specs, but 40 tabs would be virtually impossible unless you have like 20GB of RAM and multiple processors. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that you probably don't have multiple processors set up, so we've hit a physical limit. 8 tabs open would probably consume all of the resources of any consumer CPU.
  25. It wasn't directed specifically at you. I know it's affecting a portion of our users, but for some reason not affecting everyone with only the JRE installed. If I recall, your bug was about the Autologin and I responded to your PM regarding it .
