Any do's and don'ts, talking abt methods?

Hello fellow osbot members, I haven't been around on this forum for some time now mainly because all my accounts i had and made got banned almost instantly, this was around 3 months ago When i went on osrs i didn't see any botters, so i wondered: are there any botters left? Are there still any goldfarmers out here? And is it still possible to goldfarm or even train a lvl 3 without getting banned within 1 day?
