Cook+ fletch can be done in no time at all, firemaking is a grind but really not that impressive of a 99. Fishing is a nice 99 to have, like 25Mish maybe 30 at a push, but that is top dollar imo. -

Just letting you know i paid 15.5M for 80-90 range via chinning at skele monkeys + the supplies in total made the total sum around 40M. With 15 Prayer and the task of 65-90 you are going to be looking at a hell of a lot of money, it might be worth compromising at 44 pray; or doing some of the easier stages yourself to lower the price
