Alot of people pay entry fees nowadays I did and I regret it becouse I got 0 orders :P I think it should be refundable tho so that people can be trusted with let's say 5M but if they leave and have no orders completed they shoulden't make a loss.

I suggest you learn of this not to trade using paypal when you do not trust a user unfortunately you stand little chance to win a paypal dispute usually I wish you the best of luck and I hope you will not have to go through this again.

I doubt jagex has enough manpower to look into all appeals so that's why I don't really care nearly everyone reports each other so i'm not scared of it as I can't do anything about it. I don't report botters as it's not nice and it wastes my time.
