Did you ever get this resolved? I'm having the same issue, even down to two different logins, on different proxies trying to login to the same account -

Just started using the Manager and it has really simplified my botting activities. It would be nice though if there was an option to add a note to each account, would be useful to keep track of progress, bans etc.
