Hey guys, I've been debating whether to start a rs3 to 07 swapping cc for a while, and I feel like I should. I could use a couple of loyal/trustworthy people to help start it up with me. I've never used one, how do you use a proxy?

I have 2 accounts that i want to play with, (one to pk with, and one botting/making money) Should i get a proxy if i plan on playing with 2 accounts on the same IP or should i be safe? I will be botting both of them together sometimes but mainly playing on the one while the other is botting. So should i get a proxy after getting vip?
