How i cant find any info on this, i keep getting failed to patch launcher with both hdos and runelite

Hmm seems to have alot of bugs, gets stuck walking to duradel, tries to skip tasks cus of quest requirements even tho i have quest cape. anyone have a settings file or something because i am obviously doing something wrong
