Looks like they should appoint more active staff then, Jagex changing ID's isn't really a good excuse, it's not hard to convert the old ID's to the current one's. As I see things around here have been decisively slow, with a few minor updates going around, and still waiting over 3 weeks to even get a reply from an admin, which I do not find acceptable in my own terms.
