When I tried iron ore or something it worked but not amethyst

It is not working on the amethyst. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello, I am currently trying to run multiple osrs clients. I can only open 2 more than that I get the "unable to create advertisement error message". Can someone help me how to figure out how to bypass this? Thanks
