Depends how good you want to be to be 100% fluent i would assume years but to know what your doing a few weeks would get you there as long as you have resources on hand to help you though i always found css harder than html

I'm looking for a MLG or League team i am gold division and i am happy to have a trial first so you can see my standard of play, i'm not trying to look for an optic standard team just one that is fun to play with while still able to play competitive. thanks all -Sirus
