Hey mate as above mentioned, you should have java installed if you do not already. If let's asume that you do, then just make sure you're running the updated version of java (and make sure to keep on top of that) once done right click the icon and click run with and click java. You can easily add it to your desktop to make the process quicker by going into your downloads or so and right clicking it > send to > desktop (create shortcut)From scratch?
