Using a vpn wouldn't help you at all for bans. Now, as for the bot bust ban - you're quite fucked lad. The account's pretty much perma flagged and its as if you're botting with 100 people reporting you every 6 hours. In other words; don't bot again on it.

I'd assume ~75m for the 1st one and ~125m for the 2nd.

There's an ip checker script somewhere in the local scripts. That's about it though. It's a massive pain in the ass to use that script though since you need to be logged in runescape for it to display the IP being used, so I'd say you just need to be careful when entering the proxy info.
