I’d be interested to know if you eliminate one of the first 2 possibilities. If often wondered the benefit of mirrored client, so that would make the choice easier. If client though, it would raise the question: why are account that use the osbot client not instabanned? If it’s that simple, how do others use it for weeks without a ban.

My 2 pence as a new guy here: I watched a couple of @EdTheGreats videos, first I’d found them through google search and then from the forum. My takeaways are: He’s entertaining, I like the topic, he’s okay to listen to, it’s (a little) informative There was a plug for a guide, I wasn’t sure who’s guide, but it didn’t matter because... He got banned a lot it would seem So if the guide was his, it definitely won’t be great for avoiding bans If the guide wasn’t his, it still isn’t worth the money as it didn’t help him much The videos seemed pretty clear on the risks and pretty honest on bans. He’s free to sell ad space like any other youtuber, people are free to make up their own mind on whether to buy? I’m new and certainly haven’t been duped. Of course it’s nice the community want to protect people from being “scammed” but the plug for the guide seemed to be just a plug, and not intended to scam or mislead?

Maybe you're right. I know if I was looking for a mule account, I'd rather pay 1m for a genuinely levelled f2p then spend 4-5m on bonds to avoid restrictions. Either way, it's up to the market to decide the price. Best of luck to the guy. ps. for those who think it may be a "waste of time" 20 hours logged in time x6 doesn't mean 120 hours playing time, you can play up to 8 at a time comfortably through tutorial island and quests, and it only gets easier when WCing oaks.

I imagine the USP of these accounts is to be able to trade to and from now that the new restrictions are in place. Of course the restrictions are removed by buying membership...

Hi Czar, Loving the trail so far. But it seems a little too perfect... is there room for a “I’m watching Netflix while mining, so will pause randomly for the good bits before getting back to mining” feature? Obviously a bit of a cold trade off, but hoping it might make a ban less likely too?

I think the way bans work is a mystery to most! That being said, it seems to be more likely when your clearly not human. VIP scripts are apparently safer, but something must have given you away, or maybe another player reported you and under close inspection they thought it warranted a warning. Im expecting a ban at some point too, the main advice seems to be: 1) keep your “mains” separate, play them legit and don’t interact with bots, including on the same IP. 2) following from above, get a VPN, run your bits on that, possibly on a separate device so you don’t mess up with having the VPN on or off. 3) when you first start using a script, watch it, get to know it, see if it looks human enough OR bot with the expectation to get banned, gold farming, and then move it all around before the ban. 4) sometimes you’ll be lucky, sometimes you won’t, but at least you’re only losing botted time

I had a feeling that might be the case. They were connected before botting, not since, will have to hope for the best. worst case, I’ll get a vpn and not back to where I am now! thanks for all of the advice so far, definitely reassuring.

Bought the script after the 24h trial, very impressed and worth the money! Request: 1) always loot clue scrolls option (without adding to loot menu) 2) loot menu populated based on npcs selected which checkbox to select the loot wanted I’m not sure how widely used the loot features are, but I’ve found I forget something when adding manually.
